So glad you guys checked out my video. I totally agree with you guys when it comes to more crisp. I usually do a reheat directly on the pizza stone. And yes for sure many toppings of your choice. I learned how to make pizza when I we first locked down. It was hard to get high protein flour so I paid like 35 bucks on ebay for some bread flour. lol I also learned how to make some really good salsa. Electrician 31 years, lock me down and I need challenging tasks. lol All I ask is to comment on the video on YouTube and LIKE it Subscribe also
If you like Salsa you need to to try this recipe.
3/4 cup of vegetable oil.
3/4 cup vinegar.
2 tbsp salt.
4 tbsp Accent.
2 cloves Garlic crushed.
Combine on stove and heat till warm.DO NOT BOIL!!!!
For the blender.
Two white onions.
4 32 OZ.cans of whole peeled tomatoes. Red Gold Brand if you can find them.Leave out the juice.
1 1/2 lbs of jalapenos.
2 bundles of cilantro.
You can make this a smoky salsa by roasting your Jalapenos and tomatoes or you can substitute Jalapenos for chipotle peppers which of course are the same thing with a sauce.
Sweet will do, maybe ill even make a video out of it.
