I find it fascinating that these lefty mechanisms parallel some of nature's most effective predation systems. The spider has its paralyzing venom, the grouper fish has its tantalizing bait appendage, the Venus Flytrap looks like a sticky sweet meal to its victims...and yet they are all final and lethal.
In so many ways I find lefty to be a real predator of people in the guise of a benefactor. What is good for lefty is to develop the collective. This automatically means that you must be injected with the paralyzing venom of Political correctness leading you to become a meal for some other creature. You must be baited with the winsome words of unity leading ultimately to your demise as a person or an individual and finally you must be convinced to walk into the open arms of your very own death trap because lefty is telling you that there is a picnic inside the petals of that flower waiting to bring you untold happiness and fulfillment.
When you object, lefty get's vicious and unhappy. The vocabulary surfaces and he begins to spew words of hatred at you even inferring that you are the hater. He begins to breathe threat and harm insisting that you will be dealt with if you don't learn to obey. You are now no longer just a target for predation you have now also become an existential threat to lefty the collective builder and you must be removed by any means possible.
