The Chinese government caused this worldwide pandemic. It started in Wuhan. It should have stopped in Wuhan, but the Chinese government covered up, lied, and destroyed evidence.
How various countries responded is not the problem. The Chinese government threw the world overboard, and now is claiming the world should have known how to swim better.

The Chinese government now is deep into a disinformation campaign denying that this all started in Wuhan. A key component of that campaign is controlling the language used to describe the pandemic, stripping it of its connection to Wuhan and China, mandating that only generic terminology is used. Meanwhile, Chinese diplomats and media spread claims that the virus either started in the U.S. or was planted in Wuhan by the U.S.
So if you claim that calling it Wuhan coronavirus is racist, you are part of the cover-up. Speaking the truth is not the problem, covering up the truth is the problem.
Two things are true at the same time: The Chinese government did this, and Chinese/Asians are not collectively responsible for the Chinese government’s crime against the world and must not be harassed or otherwise discriminated against.

The city of Wuhan didn't choose to not be forthcoming; it is the Chinese government that chose this. Maybe bats had nothing to do with the virus, but the Chinese practice of selling them in markets next to other strange and exotic animals is not limited to only one of their cities like Wuhan.
The biased MSM is only too happy to help the ChiCom government in whatever propaganda they wish to spread. We see this also happening with the spoke persons represent WHO.

The Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrats must confront president Trump, hence the accusation and reduction of EVERYTHING to “race” amounting to nihilism by the PMS/DSA Democrat Communist Left. When you take someone very accomplished, very skilled, very productive, and decide the ONLY thing about that person that matters, is whether they have engaged in a “microaggression” on “race,” you have successfully stripped away thousands of years of human progress in your own stunted drive for raw power.
Such people that accuse others of this do not deserve power. Yet, the former 44th president in his glory nearly codified it's use against his ideological foes.
The Chinese government has a good deal to answer for. The underlying issue has been their reluctance to share the true extent of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. By all estimates the beginning of the epidemic was mid November. The national government of China didn’t disseminate accurate information or at least as accurate as they had in a timely manner.

Why fuss over a name for political reasons? What are these people trying to prove? Coronavirus. COVID-19. What happened that allowed us to become a bunch of stupid monkeys?

A desperate attempt at deflection of blame in order to save the presidency of Donald John Trump.

Seriously they are trying to deflect from Trump's incompetence by branding the Virus... And then getting upset when we laugh at them....
