Minnesota has the lowest insurance rates in the country because we are the healthiest state in the country and have the best healthcare system in the country. Add interstate completion and we'd (Minnesota) see our healthcare insurance rates skyrocket because people who come from states with poor healthcare. You can't tell me they wouldn't rush to join healthcare insurance companies that have the lowest rates.
