The wealth distribution disparity needs to be fixed.
The wealthy get subsidies to their stock holdings, and tax breaks like "capital gains".
I would raise the top tax rate to 40%, eliminate capital gains, remove the SS cap, and take Medicare out of all income.
That fixes Medicare, SS, and balances the budget.
