If i were you,i would not bet my money on the raiders going to vegas because in the mid 90's when all these NFL teams were leaving browns to baltimore,oilers to nashville,rams to st louis, the NFL later after that happened,established bylaws and NFL relocation rules you have to follow before you can move.
