Sure. No contest there. But it can also last awhile and not really completely be cured although it can be alleviated (and often meds are involved) and every case is different. The same could also be said of gender dysphoria to a degree. I don't think every person who has acknowledged they might have some confusion over their sexuality wants to kill people. And many times confusion over sexuality is eventually resolved too, although the person may never be "normal". And the same can be saidPTSD Is resolvable we can treat this successfully.
I totally believe that veterans should be given precedence in this controversy though, because their problem stems from psychological and/or physical injury in service of their country. People with trans issues are usually highly narcissistic and many of them have other issues which indicate latent and persistent mental illness over time.
