But what is propaganda? Some people think propaganda is made up entirely of lies, but that is not necessarily the case. Propaganda is merely information, true of false, that is used to advance an agenda. Every word of it may be true, but taken out of context, it may lead to a wrong conclusion.

So to know whether propaganda claims are true or false, one must look at the track record of the source. Russia has been caught in so many outrageous lies, that only a fool would believe anything the Kremlin says without checking with a third source, but so far, Ukraine has not been caught in any lies, so one must presume its claims are true unless proven false.

Putin is a lightweight, compared to the Wagner group. Think about what would happen if they managed to successfully overthrow him. The Wagners are an ultra-right militaristic organization, many of whom are convicts. And having the military in complete control of Russia, is probably not a very good idea.

Except for your opening sentence which is incorrect, Priggy has taken billions ( billions) out of the Defense Budget by running a private army( paid monthly for by the Kremlin ) plus all the proceeds of scams he engineered that are related to that .Moscow had initiated the "de-privatisation" procedures and protocols months ago and this was just the last chapter with our unbalanced Mr Priggy indulging in histrionics that he badly misjudged would translate into strong PR support for him .
