There are numerous reports of people being arrested and convicted, because someone from their family, or their friend, ratted them out to authorities, claiming they were there at the capitol. That's not video evidence, that's accusation. There have been people arrested and convicted because they were dumb enough to post on social media that they were there. It seems that the most famous "insurrectionist" of them all, had video evidence that wasn't released and may get a re-trial because of it.
