This list must be part of that no stimulus stimulus bill and we wonder why unemployment is now at 10.2%.

About $200,000,000 in savings. 47,000,000 unisured.

Anybody need help with the math?

A Republican solution.

Where did you get your uninsured numbers? Obama? LOL Does that include illegals and kids straight out of college who choose not to have insurance?

You do know that there are more earmarks than this don't you? I thought that was a given but evidently not... I forget that I am dealing with some misinformed people on these boards...

I got that number from the US Census bureau.

and yes, I know there are more earmarks, but that doesn't make a difference to those without insurance.

But the Conservatives and the Republicans would rather support insurance care than health care. Seems bottom lines are more precious than actual lives.

47,000,000 uninsured.

of those 8.3 million make between 50k and 75k a year. 8.74 million make more than 75 k a year. 6.4 million are the Medicare undercount ( actually do have insurance). 4.3 million are eligible for heavily subsidized insurance, but have not signed up. 9.3 million are non-citizens. 5 million are between the ages of 18 and 34 and have no kids.

But by all means- lets "transform" the system into single-payer...
