It's not a matter of policy, They can only drill so fast. Wells run dry. Since Obama, we've been adding more that we shut down. The US Oil patch doesn't control the worlds oil supplies or prices. If the price of oil drops too low it will hurt US production.

A furtherance of the corruption of the judiciary by trump as a reward for Jeanine's loyalty.

Back to my original question. How can I get trump devotees to take the small step of recognizing Jeanine Pirro should not have been nominated, nor confirmed, to be DC's US Attorney in light of this unequivocal evidence? Because if you can, perhaps you can take the next step. Maybe look in to Ed Martin and why Repubs refused to confirm him. More importantly, ask yourselves how trump could have put him in a temporary role as US Attorney in the first place and then assigned him to work for the DoJ.

Then maybe, just maybe, you can take the final step. You can ask yourselves why being in agreement with trump on border security has translated to support of what happened to Andry Hernandez Romero. Or this...........

The Biden Administration slow walking drilling permits would have slowed production eventually. US energy capacities are such that they can lower the prices of oil and natural gas. They also allow the US to reward those countries that align themselves with our foreign policy goals and punish those that do not.

It probably did. It did under the Obama administration as well. And the first Trump Administration. I am pretty sure I've never argued otherwise.

But how was that managed by the Biden administration? Fuel prices sky rocketed. Biden was hat in hand begging OPEC, including Venezuela, to increase production to help us out. (I'm pretty sure they were laughing at him about that) even as his policies were making it harder for oil companies to profit from refining gasoline.

We enjoyed pretty reasonable energy prices under the Trump administration. And I am pretty sure we will again.

Energy prices are just one of many many kitchen table issues important to Mr. and Mrs. America. Yes inflation has been brutal and it is especially painful to those of us on modest retirement incomes. I can name any number of Biden policies that I cannot accept as what America and Americans should be that angered me more than inflation though.
