Obviously, she would never find herself breaking rocks or on a chain gang. House arrest for a couple months would be the most anyone could expect.
But she committed felonies as Secretary of State. This is not a matter of "accusations" or allegations. It is a fact. She used a private server to conduct State Department business, then destroyed the files when they were subpoenaed. This is not jaywalking. These are felonies. They are orders of magnitude worse than the carelessness that brought about the Trump classified documents nonsense.
It would serve her right if Trump pardoned her as soon as the NYT finally admits that she is a felon. Then she would have to accept the pardon or accept a conviction. Hilarious. (Play on words fully intended).
