It is not Biden/Harris, it is Harris. Biden led the show, Harris was his assistant.
Harris will run the show and she has been specific of what she will do.
Don't look at the past, look at the future.
Look not only what candidates say they will do and what they can do.
Trump's mindset, cognitive decline, admitted purpose of seeking revenge, wanting an authoratative President weakening the seperation of powers, is why I will not vote for him. It is why a majority of the Republicans who worked with him on the first term are not supporting him. Of particular concern is the read the military personnel have on him.
It is not his policies as much as Trump's lack of morality, narcacissim, and worsening decline in cognitive skills that is the problem
