4. Maybe they could try to figure out how Ford knew Kavanaugh would be with Judge without having access to Kavanaugh's calendar

1) The Senate could have asked her anything. She was in front of them under oath

2) Ford didn’t claim 40people knew. She gave her witnesses and claimed she didn’t tell anyone for decades.

3) They aren’t investigating “heavy”drinking by Kavanaugh. That’s a bullshit non starter.

4) I don’t know what this means.

Imagine if Feinstein had IMMEDIATELY gone to the FBI when she got the letter and actually asked Kavanaugh about the letter when she interviewed him privately and unilaterally, and then again before the Senate Judicial Committee?

Senate has more power than the FBI when questioning people under oath. The FBI investigations don’t mean anything because they don’t make conclusions.
