China is dependent on us. Other countries don't have the wealth to afford all that shit China sells us.

The "Free World" especially. The US, Canada, Europe, Australia, NZ. I think that's where the most wealth is. There are other rich places like parts of the Arab peninsula and Singapore, but they have less people.
