C) If they interfere with an arrest. How close do they have to be to interfere, I would say is the problem here. If they're parking their car on the road and ICE can get passed, they're not interfering. If they're actually going after an individual and they help that person escape, then they're interfering. Blocking the road a mile away from where ICE are going, is not interfering.

Blocking ICE at any point is obstruction, and the defiant leftist assaulted the officer. In a split second, she could have made good on her mayor’s threats about killing Ice officers. Was he supposed to wait and see if she killed him?
