Actually, the ICE agents unnecessarily escalated the situation by aggressively approaching her car, one agent with gun drawn. The video clearly reveals her wheels were turned to make a sharp, right hand turn so she could leave the scene. Not run over the agent who shot her.

Yet no brake lights whatsoever.
