The attorney is a jerk. The cops appeared to act professionally and with courtesy when arresting a reported car thief. They asked all the right questions, didn't use any violence, and when the arrest was proven to be based upon false information released the owner. This was good police work, the only quibble I have is with the collision to stop the car when a simple order to pull over would probably suffice.
