Illegal aliens are legally considered criminals but there are criminals and then there are misdemeanor criminals. The latter are protected by the 4th and 5th Amendment and those are 80% of the illegal aliens here, many of which have been deported without the laws that give them the right to at least have a judge (not ICE) make the deportation call.
