Nope. I don't actually. Hence why I don't see this part of the ruling being a negative. We should expect our rights to be protected. Reminder, this is a contempt ruling - which means shenanigans have already occurred.

See thats where you get it wrong that we are disagreeing. I would look at that as sufficient probable cause for a detainment, and arrest of if that probable cause is developed based on the stop.

I think the original article is overstepping a bit. I have not seen other articles to corraborate and that screams like its a bad summary of the actual ruling. Its also a contempt ruling saying they can be charged with contempt if they don't follow it. Thats a lot different than Chicago PD can just start arresting ICE.
