America is its own culture. We are not a country of multiple cultures however we are a country that welcomes people from other cultures to come here, bring their traditions, etc. as long as they intend to assimilate and don't try to create the country they emigrated from, here in America.

America does not disallow folks to create areas of like minded immigrants to live together and support each other while assimilation happens. Typically their children will become fully assimilated Americans.
