EXAMPLE: Need new power plants capable of putting out 550TW = 550E+12 continuous power. (550 to give overhead)
TOTAL power available now = 4,243TW = 4243x10E+12
Bottom Line: Power generation would need to increase 550TW/4243TW or ~13%.
Therefore, If it took 100 PWR plants to get 4243...you would need 113 total PWR plants to increase 13%?
Additional 13 more PWR plants required in the example. Or increase 13% more power from existing sites.

I showed you just above in POST#70. You need 13% more Watts. If you have 100 plants right now you need 13 more (or increase output from existing).
