Sure they can you just refuse to see it occurring. Females can transgender themselves into dudes.

Yes, women are a distinct gender. Only women carry eggs. The choice of fertilizing them or not is ultimately up to the woman. There is no other human, social or political reality like this one. As it is unique, it is appropriate that a unique solution be found. In the question of carrying a pregnancy to term, let women decide. Ether individually, case by case, or collectively, with some kind of vote. Women who are fertile, and only such women, decide once and for all. No more screaming about personal opinion or religious fervor. A decision is made and we shut up about it.
Avoiding unwanted pregnancies is the logical, most intelligent solution. Education will amplify that approach. When that has not worked, what women decide should be applied.
