"Studies." Pooling together a bunch of tiny and flawed "studies" with a few ppl in each case is not how you conduct a real study. Actual studies using randomized double blind tests with hundreds of ppl have been conducted to test the effectiveness of Hydroxychloroquine, and none have come back to confirm it's effectiveness against covid. There isn't a government in the world that used hydroxy as part of their treatment protocols to treat covid. Some have tried and concluded it was snake oil, very quickly. The only place where hydroxy is widely accepted as a treatment is on facebook. These are old conspiracy theories. Find something new.

The 43 observational studies you point to are inconclusive, unsurprising because they're just observational and not actual studies. You have some observations showing improvement and some showing none. That doesn't tell us jack shit about efficacy. This is why we need to only rely on randomized double blind studies or at least randomized controlled studies, all of which have come back showing us that HCQ doesn't do anything against covid.
