Thanks, but I'm vegan...and I'll never go back to eating animals, so what you said wouldn't apply to me. I know this is a controversial topic (and some of us have debated it on other threads) but I don't want to get too off topic on this thread, or piss everyone off, haha. So even though I would like to say more, I'll save it for another time and thread.

I dont think Veganism is all that controversial, I understand why you do it. I know a few Vegans. I dont believe though thats its good for growing children, as their metabolisms need and use up those fats and proteins.

What i do think is bad about meat is mostly when its over cooked in bad oils, then you take something that is very benfitial and add a bit of poison to it.

Personally I like a LOT of vegetables too and sometimes eat only vegetables, or just huge amounts, even more than the meat.

Humans craving for meat is natural and instinctual from the past, which is why we still have cannine teeth. Having said that though, everyone might have special needs depending on their time in life. Veganism might be helpful for some people,... though just being a basic vegetarian might be enough.
