I think we can accurately say much of the trump agenda is on pause. This is worse.

I'll say it again, we're being educated in real time about what it was like in the past. Craven government enablers, a manipulated populace ignoring the obvious, a press that has been pulverized, crumbling institutions and (potentially now) a judiciary being mauled out of relevance.
If people have not yet realized how fragile our system of government actually is they are going to be surprised in the next few years.

Judge Rules the White House Failed to Comply With Court Order

A federal judge on Monday said the White House has defied his order to release billions of dollars in federal grants, marking the first time a judge has expressly declared that the Trump White House was disobeying a judicial mandate.

The ruling by Judge John J. McConnell Jr. in Rhode Island federal court ordered Trump administration officials to comply with what he called “the plain text” of an edict he issued last month.

Judge McConnell’s ruling marked a step toward what could quickly evolve into a high-stakes showdown between the executive and judicial branches, a day after a social media post by Vice President JD Vance claimed that “judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power,” elevating the chance that the White House could provoke a constitutional crisis.

Already, more than 40 lawsuits have been filed against the Trump administration, challenging Mr. Trump’s brazen moves that have included revoking birthright citizenship and giving Elon Musk’s teams access to sensitive Treasury Department payment systems. Judges have already ruled that many of these executive actions may violate existing statutes.

Violating existing statutes in pursuit of enacting various EO's is one thing. Violating a recently issued court order is another kind of animal.

The most litigious prez ever to occupy the WH, resulting from the personal commission of crimes, is on course to have his admin spend much of its time defending its actions against lawsuits and judicial orders. Which, frankly, is going just as some of us expected.
Thanks for admitting the left has viled continuous baseless lawsuits against this great man.

If I may re-write your post:

"If people have not yet realized how CORRUPT our system of government actually is they are going to be surprised in the next few years.

"Mr. Marshall has made his decision... now let him enforce it." ( apocryphally attributed to President Andrew Jackson, 1832 )

Every so often Branch A or B or C of government needs to stand-up to one or more of its counterparts.

For the Executive Branch, this might very well be one of those times.

If nothing else it may be time for the Trump Administration to fast-track these orders to the Appellate and SCOTUS...

The American People voted for profound change in November and these Liberal courts are getting in the way...

Time to bump these cases up-the-food-chain within the Judicial branch and seek relief elsewhere...

For the first time in our history, we have a President who literally doesn't understand that an American President is not a King.

If you asked him to define "separation of powers", he'd just start babbling gibberish. As usual. He has no idea.

But he has an entire party enabling all this.

Of course not.

So the judge is really going to arrest the POTUS?
Of course not.
Judges don't arrest people. Only the 25th Amendment or impeachment can ultimately shut Musk's trained monkey down.
However anyone NOT the POTUS who violates a court order can be snatched up and taken out of action. This includes President Musk and his child laborers.

Name the statutes that Trump violated by enacting EO's.

I'm very glad that Trump is defying a judge's order to unfreeze federal grants. The judge has no authority to issue such an order to the executive. His order is sure to be overturned, and irreperable harm would be caused by releasing that money. Billions of dollars worth of harm.
You watch, once the lawfare fails, they will resort to violence.

This is the same group that burned down America cities and murdered cops

Trump and Musk auditing the book is an existential threat, an extinction level event for the democrat Socialists. They will NEVER accept defeat peacefully

Spare us the pearl clutching.
Every president tests the extent of their power, even Obama, and democrats were just fine with it.

The judge will not order the arrest of the POTUS and if she did it would be laughed out of the courthouse.

You are right to pin your hopes on an impeachment. That won’t happen either, but at least it is theoretically possible.
However anyone NOT the POTUS who violates a court order can be snatched up and taken out of action. This includes President Musk and his child laborers.
I have never heard this rule where is an instant arrest if you violate a court order. But at some point, I suppose being taken into custody for contempt of court is at least theoretically and legally possible.

Again, though, that will not happen. Trump will stand his ground for as long as he chooses to stand his ground, which I hope is for the next four years.

Your only real hope is that he , weakens, which is always possible.

I have to mention it what you are hoping for is a continuation of the ridiculous fraudulent spending by USA ID and continued federal employment of people who are either doing nothing or actively working against the interest of the American people.

I don't know how you got there from me pointing out trump is in violation of a court order. If you have examined the overwhelming evidence you no doubt have concluded he would have lost the two criminal cases brought by Jack Smith and the DoJ. Only fools like you saved him from conviction.

It is NOT “the same group “ at all

And I seem to remember MAGA attacks on cops… that Trump pardoned

Is it your position that an American president must obey in order from any federal court, no matter what?

Are there no limits to what courts ca order the president to do? If there are limits, what are they?

The law is the law. Your King is not above it.

The GQP is no longer a party of morality OR a party of the Constitution.

I’m sure you’re similarly outraged, outraged I tell ya’ at Biden defying multiple USSC edicts to cease and desist with his student debt transfers.
Biden never defied Court orders but was challenged and accepted judges decisions in court....

This is the difference...

Congress has already allocated this money... Trump's job is to spend the money in accordance to to Congress's rules, he can't stop the spending and he has to spend inside the boundaries of what is allowed by Congress..

Trump's admin are just refusing to spend the money as ordered... They do not possess the power to do that...

The Judge is just telling that for the second time..

The Court is telling to follow the law...

The law is the law... There is a limit what courts can tell him do... it is called the law...

This is all in US Citizen 101....
