We probably would have been served better if we somehow negotiated three separate states (Sunni, Shia, and Kurd) where they all ruled themselves but would be allies kind of like a confederation. How many more wounded warriors, multiple deployments over the past decade, as well as stressed and broken families do you think we need?

I think there should be some minimum requirement for intelligence on this forum. Maybe you should just have everyone take a battery of standard IQ tests, and then use the results to determine forum privileges on an individual basis. For example: People who are highly intelligent would be able to post whenever they please. People of average intelligence would have certain limitations as to the number and content of their posts. People with an IQ of 70 or less, like Skye, would have very limited privileges, all her posts being subject to prior approval.
