The most common mental disorders we see in the conservatives here would be:

1. Histrionic Personality Disorder. The afflicted one is constantly seeking attention, and doesn't care how stupid he has to act to get attention.

3. Narcissism. The afflicted one will know they're always right, and is incapable of admitting any error, no matter how insignificant.

4. Sociopathy. Lacking a conscience, the afflicted one will auto-justify any and all vile behavior from himself and his own side.

5. Dunning-Kruger Syndrome. The afflicted one is just plain stupid, too 'effin stupid to ever understand just how 'effin stupid he is.
