He can’t sue me .he has zero$$&$as an Operations Manager why are you doing this, this should already be in your employee handbook even small business have this book for fairness in rules and employe management you cannot fire someone for not working holidays unless they are a prisoner in Jail and if you are tring to do this because you think you are the boss, you will get sued and firedThe little fat rat is giving me many demands on days he wants off
