I often wake up in the middle of the night with headaches, difficult to fall asleep again, what do you guys recommend?

I had one and he did provide some prescriptions which I normally reject but I was desperate so.I tried them. My issus were.worse for a.period of time, frighteningly worse. I am trying everything from fasting to an entire diet change to drinking from specific glass.(avoiding tin or plastic).
Sounds like something in your system. Your body purges stuff while you sleep. Maybe do an allergy test. You may be ingesting something regularly that doesn't agree with you. Fasting to rid your system of something that is causing you distress can be dangerous. Best to consult an expert about that.

My daughter suffers from sleep disorder. I think it's because of the way her mother raised her, and her lifestyle choices. Deep down she is conflicted and in constant turmoil. She often drinks herself to sleep, which she claims helps. Sleeping meds just gives her nightmares.

I fall asleep fast but get up a couple of times to go to the bathroom. I go right back to sleep however.

That's not me per se. I just walk my path, as righteous as I can in a creepy police state. For me iit's this bloody pain behind my left eye which has returned. It's better than falling down the stairs I suppose. Srill not fun though.

Oh, that's probably just the spiders laying eggs in your ear canal. Don't worry about it.

See a doctor asap.

Well, I was forced to basically quit a job after the numbness continued to arrive. I was written off for almost a year and then it returned. My left side lost total control twice in approx. three weeks which happened on the stairs. I couldn't afford to take time.off. The numbness in the face was real, paralysis that the doctor could see. As soon as my dog passed, I took the time off because I was working more for him than me at that point. His expensive diet. Man I miss him, especially when Im down.

He did your spell check?

Sometimes I will watch chess videos as they are fairly boring. Maybe some nature sounds. What do you guys recommend?
I recently got a grounded pillow case (too skeptical to do the whole grounded sheets thing). My sleep has really improved since I started using that pillow case.

Check out grounded stuff. It might help.
