I don't know if this example will break through, but it should.

They have no grounds for appeal since the indictment the DoJ was seeking was for constitutionally protected activities. Ones Walz was being politically persecuted for.

I should note at this point I fully acknowledge I can't make you admit the truth on a forum like this. I'll just have to be satisfied in the fact you know what trump's DoJ did was wrong and illegal.
The investigation will continue regardless. Walz is a traitor that needs to be made an example of.

The Trump administration is acting within its proscribed constitutional powers. Corrupt judge will be overturned.

34 felony convictions.

There's not a shred of evidence that this is a politically motivated prosecution.
A 73-page bar complaint and request for an ethics investigation was filed with the New York State Bar against Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. It is backed by a bipartisan group of 101 former federal and state judges and two advocacy organizations.

The 'Every Democrat Accusation is a Confession' axiom applies.

This is a funny thread. The ever self-enhancing original poster, bug, breathlessly (and verbosely) announces a lower court’s judicial decision that Trump wanted but didn’t get.

The real headline here, as it tends to be, is that the Administration is going to have to file another appeal. SSDD.

Oh. And, obviously, bug will accuse me of fulfilling one of his initial post’s predictions.

🥱
