OK. Really? Fines already levied. As they most probably will be against Trump.
And in the case of Obama, they even said it was a "minor infraction".
I don't see anything in either of these two examples that even come close to paying people off so that damaging information wouldn't
see the light of day in an election year.

Boy, Clinton really dropped the ball on that dossier she paid for. She should have exploited the information in it.
