It's a class thing. They may wear the uniform of the GOP but their allegiance is to their class which they view as superior to the working/middle class. They more closely identify with the "elites" on the Left than the GOP base. And they are back-stabbers. When the GOP establishment candidate won over the base candidate, for example; Papa Bush, Dole, Romney, McCain, the base rallied around the Primary race winner. These backstabbers? Nope. They voted for Hillary and now we'll see how many actually vote for Biden. We have worked very hard, for decades, to elect folks less committed to us than we were to them. That's something that will have to wait for after the election, but, it's being noted.

They have to pay the temp service a good fee, but it beats hiring people, then having to fire them or lay them off and have to start over again. A friend of mine used to be a supervisor at one of those places. He said those workers turned out to be better than the ones they flat out hired.

Somebody please explain to me how anyone who is a Republican can read or be aware of the Democrat platform for 2020, and vote for Joe Biden.

I see one possibility...I disagree with it, but I understand it...Republicans are turned off by Donald Trump's personality and manner, and don't want to vote for him.

But that is a reason not to vote. How can anyone who claims to be a Republican see the Democrat platform and not be totally repulsed by it?

Trump never said all Mexicans are rapists, he said Mexico is sending us their rapists; all societies have rapists so it was not a cut on Mexicans. It was nothing but a Democrat lie.

There is no evidence Trump ever said shithole countries. It's under the same category of BS of trump saying our fallen solders were losers. The commie reporters were (as always) using so-called anonymous sources. Trump never said white supremacists are very fine people; another leftist lie. He said there were very fine people on both sides.

Amen, Ray. And not at all thrilled about Mexican truckers, not having to qualify under the same things you and I did, either.

It's aggravating. I know just watching these clowns trying to back into a dock they had no training or experience yet alone a legitimate license. I can remember times me and the dock workers would laugh as they try. Our country who took a great driver like me off the road gives these foreigners reciprocity from their countries, but in their countries, to get what's equal to a CDL here is just slipping them a few bucks (or whatever currency they use there) and they got their license.

I can remember standing in like at the shipping and receiving window, where the girl is trying to explain to them what to do, but because they don't understand our language, they have no idea WTF the girl is trying to tell them. One time in aggravation, she asked me to go outside and help the guy out. I had to go to the dock she wanted the trailer dropped in, and then find the trailer he needed to pickup so he could hook it up and get the hell out of there.

But me? They told me to retire because in spite of my outstanding driving record, to just retire because I'm too much of a risk due to my health.
