I donā€™t seem to enjoy walking , hiking or even TV as I used too . Sports ?? No way

I tend to not do much these days
I am not sure if itā€™d my age or mental condition

I still enjoy going to a mma class a few times a week but that is about it .
I donā€™t even go to the casinos .
As for work : I am lucky to give it 50 percent effort

Not sure if itā€™s age or mental health

This mourning I watched a little of Star talk and Ben Shapiro and Dr Savage but that was maybe 90 min

Just head over to the Nevada Wellness Center, buy a couple of pre rolls, turn on the TV and light up.

In my case, I am looking for a nice girl who is willing to be a friend and help me get really really good at full body massage one to three hours at a time.

Get some freaking therapy Quasar and think before you post your little snippets of freaking life that nobody is interested in.

NOT giving medical advice here but if you have situational depression as opposed to clinical depression, it's changeable but you need to do something about it and not sit there wasting time. You say you have lost any interest in things you used to like doing? Try something new. Make it a short-term goal and do it, don't sit around thinking about doing it, that doesn't count.

If your sleep schedule is off and you're filling your body with junk food, those two things lead quickly to low energy and feeling "blah". Get off that routine. You said you don't enjoy your daily routine, so why continue doing the same things?

Get outdoors, breathe fresh air if you have any, connect with nature if you have ever done so. That's my therapy of choice right there...being outdoors even if there is a light rain it can be relaxing.

lol fncceo- you are so right! Poor ole junk food, always taking the blame for things like heart attacks, obesity, and empty calories!

Ah, my current favorite salty snack is pure junk no matter how you slice it. I just make sure to keep it to a reasonable level. Chex Mix...now why in the heck did they have to go and make that stuff so tasty! My mom used to make a "homemade" version of it baked in the oven and added butter when I was growing up. Hmmm, well now, that sounds like a plan for later! Thanks! lol

I did 35 min of BJJ the other day and left
I am in much pain and cannot finish the whole class

Many guys in my gym train 3 hrs a day
I only train 2 hrs a week but I may add another 2 hours in September
Right now i have a bunch of nagging injuries and I am just not very tough to ignore them

My goal is to get to train the rest of this year then In 2022 and 2023 and sell the store in 2024
