campus towns while creating max security military guarded prisons for deporting violent criminals in labor camps
(while the Catholic church can run teaching hospitals and treatment/rehab programs for convicted priests and pedophiles so they can pay for alternatives to capital punishment by forfeiting citizenship for deportation and serving life sentences in Mexico that doesn't have the death penalty)

Could military bases still provide border security, while liberal and religious groups against the death penalty and in support of funding assistance to immigrant workers, and separate funding so taxpayers can choose what policies and programs to invest in as equal alternative options?
