Hunter probably smoked meth, as well as crack cocaine. I'm basing that observation on the fact that he was once busted for crack. The pipe pictured has a small bowl on the end, which is more concurrent with a meth pipe. Crack pipes are 4" long tubular glass and a small piece of copper Chore Boy is usually stuck into the end.

Now I could be wrong about the pipe but based on past experiences which I'd rather not talk about, that's my thought.
