No it isn't. It's a felony because it was done to conceal election finance crimes.

There are so many crimes Trump has committed over the years that he will never be charged with. Nobody has ever gotten away with so much for so long. So many lives he's ruined, just because he's a rich spiteful prick, and he could do it.

That’s not what he’s charged with. As a matter of fact nobody knows what he’s charged with that made this accounting entry a felony. The prosecution hasn’t presented one. They actually say they don’t need to. So we have a trial going on for a misdemeanor that the statute of limitations ran out on because it was connected to another crime that made it a felony but the DA can’t say what that crime is.
