Hunter has a ton of evidence to hide. The Trump children sat through closed depositions and then answered questions from members of Congress. Hunter Biden refuses to be deposed under oath. Gee, what are you hiding, Hunter?
They did not have criminal charges filed on them, at the time. The Trump children sat through closed depositions and then answered questions from members of Congress. Hunter Biden refuses to be deposed under oath. Gee, what are you hiding, Hunter?
And to see the Democrats salivating over his advised move, just shows you how sick and corrupt they've allegedly become in trying to hide the possible Democrat corruption because it may involve their dear leader. The Trump children sat through closed depositions and then answered questions from members of Congress. Hunter Biden refuses to be deposed under oath. Gee, what are you hiding, Hunter?
If it involves a 12-year-old Thai girl, my answer would be "the salami"Gee, what are you hiding, Hunter?
He does not refuse to be deposed under oath. He offered to do so publicly again today. The Trump children sat through closed depositions and then answered questions from members of Congress. Hunter Biden refuses to be deposed under oath. Gee, what are you hiding, Hunter?
No, but just like with Hunter, it was an investigation trying to see if Dad was involved in corruption. He should have done exactly what the Trump kids have done. Answer the questions. They did not have criminal charges filed on them, at the time.
Isn't it "convenient" that Merrick Garland's DOJ decides to file charges against Hunter right before he's supposed to testify under oath when they've declined to do so for years? Hunter doesn't want anything to do with giving a deposition under oath. He and his father have been lying about this all along. Their story changes with each new revelation. They did not have criminal charges filed on them, at the time.
What's the problem with him doing what the Trump kid's had done ? Meet and answer the questions. He does not refuse to be deposed under oath. He offered to do so publicly again today.
Why not do it in public? What's the problem with him doing what the Trump kid's had done ? Meet and answer the questions.
Being deposed and sitting for a public hearing are two totally different things, Crepitus. At a public hearing, members of Congress have only five minutes each to try and get Hunter to explain what he did to earn all of those millions. At a deposition the questioning continues until the person being deposed either answers the questions or takes the 5th.He does not refuse to be deposed under oath. He offered to do so publicly again today.
in public he can create a sideshow with sound bites for you cultist to play off of,,Why not do it in public?
Awe shit...in public he can create a sideshow with sound bites for you cultist to play off of,,
whats wrong with doing it in private??
The way it is customarily done is you sit for a closed door deposition under oath and you're asked questions that you can't stall on. There is no 5 minute limit on the questions. You get grilled. Questions are followed up on. Responses are questioned. THEN you go to a public hearing and you get questioned on your responses to the deposition. If you get caught in a lie it's a Federal offense. Why not do it in public?
He said no. Now charge him with contempt of Congress. Worked for Bannon. He still hasn't said a word or did a day in jail.in public he can create a sideshow with sound bites for you cultist to play off of,,

why not in private ? could it be that the questions and answers wont be limited to 5 min bites ... in other words more questions will be asked in private .Why not do it in public?
OK. It would have been nice, and you would like it. I get it. But being under indictment, facing 17 years, his defense to the actual trial is unknown, but would not be after getting him behind closed doors, and his personal liability, saw him make a different choice, (they can do nothing about) for his own protection. It is, what it is, and too late to change how the laws work. The way it works, he won't be any worse off for fighting the congressional subpoena, but might be much worse off in his own court case, if he had agreed to testify before closed door committee at this time. No, but just like with Hunter, it was an investigation trying to see if Dad was involved in corruption. He should have done exactly what the Trump kids have done. Answer the questions.
