Once that happened, political pressure was why a Special was appointed. Just note that Garland appointed the special counsel, a Trump appointee. Barr didn’t. Barr had the laptop for a long time. Why didn’t he act on all this evidence?

I do think Trump will issue similar preemptive pardons at the end of his term. If he does this I'd expect people of principle to hold the same position on it as they have now. Its either OK for Biden and Trump or Wrong. Seems like your trying to have it both ways where its wrong for Biden but Ok for Trump
