In violation of Delawareâs mandatory reporting law for child sexual abuse, the Biden laptop reveals how the Biden family, a disgraced business partner, and the first sonâs former psychiatrist failed to report Hallie Bidenâs allegations that Hunter was âsexually inappropriateâ with his 14-year-old niece.
While the Biden familyâs shady Chinese business deals collapsed with the âdisappearanceâ and âarrestâ of Hunterâs CEFC China Energy partners, Joe Biden, Jill Biden, Jimmy Biden, Ashley Biden, Naomi Biden, Liz Secundy, Devon Archer, and Keith Ablow all ignored Hallieâs jarring allegations that Hunter was âgettin off sexuallyâ with his deceased brotherâs daughter.
All of Hunter Bidenâs laptop messages and emails, including the ones featured in this article, can be found compiled in a searchable format on the website of Marco Polo, an anti-corruption organization led by a former Trump White House staffer.

The late Beau Biden, who was the father of Hunterâs alleged underage victim, made child sex crimes a focus of his eight years as Delawareâs Attorney General, after the successful prosecution of a pediatrician convicted of sexual contact with more than 80 children.
Beau, who passed away from brain cancer in 2015, explained the statistics of child sex abuse in a speech: âOur country needs to understand that one in four girls is sexually assaulted before they are eighteen. One in six boys is sexually assaulted before they are eighteen. Only one out of ten of these kids ever report it because nine out of ten of the perpetrators know the victim or are a familiar relationship to the victim.â
âDelaware does have a mandatory reporting requirement. Citizens need to understand that children are not responsible for protecting themselvesâadults are. And, thatâs why in Delaware we have a mandatory reporting law that says if you reasonably suspect that a child is being abused or neglected, you have a mandatory duty to report it to law enforcement,â he continued.
âThis is an area where we should not mind our own business because it is our business. The wellbeing and welfare of a child is our business⌠When you see that thing, donât avert your eyes, follow your gut to intervene and help, and do something about it. Not only is it the right thing to doâitâs the law.â
