Enrique Tarrio, the former Proud Boys leader whom a jury convicted of seditious conspiracy for his role in the Jan. Capitol riot, is being processed for release from federal prison, his attorney told NBC News.

Tarrio, who is serving a 22-year prison sentence in Louisiana — the longest term of anyone convicted in relation to the riot — is expecting to soon get a grant of clemency from Trump, attorney Nayib Hassan told NBC.

Had the corrupt degenerate democrats only arrested those who were violent and given them trials this might never have happened. But democrats got drunk with power. They were arresting people because a credit card receipt showed them in DC on 1/6. They arrested people identified by online searchers. Then the authorities refused to allow the accused attorneys and held them for years without trial. Four years after the riot the FBI announced the imminent arrest of 200 more victims. Every one of the J6 defendants should be released if only to punish democrats for their acts. Several people have died in custody, they can be satisfied with that pound of flesh.
