Huge SCOTUS ruling in FAVOR of Jan 6th rioter

It turns out SCOTUS has decided that the gov'ts overwhelming application of the law that they arrested so many under has been used incorrectly, INCLUDING against Donald Trump.

They basically tried to apply an evidence-tampering statute to HUNDREDS of Jan 6th defendants who simply were attending the Jan 6th incident.

Though most rioters charged with the obstruction count also faced other felony counts, 50 rioters were sentenced with the obstruction law as their only felony, U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar said during arguments before the Supreme Court in April.
