Trump plans to gut the NLRB. He wants to get rid of any Democrats on the board.
With big busiess owners, Musk and Ramaswamy leading the way, there will be pushing for reforms that help big businesses.
High wages are not good for big business.
It will be interesting on how the blue collar, middle America workers will fare under Trump.

Private sector union workers will be just fine.

Federal level public sector ones though....

If they slow down the exodus of companies to other countries trying to avoid union problems, workers will be just fine.

To replace lower labor costs in other countries plus deport the cheap illegal workforce used in the US will result in higher prices.
The US companies can compete if tariffs offset the US manufactured higher costs but still prices go up.

The bigger problem is the USA does not have the manufacturing plants to make many of the products made offshore.
They are scrambling to find manufacturing sources outside of China. They are having better luck in Viet Nam, India, Thailand etc. than the USA. They cannot find a company to manufacturer their products in the USA.

It will be a lot more difficult for Democrats to stab union workers in the back with Trump and the Republicans controlling the House, Senate and White House.

The tariffs do no good if it increases prices and does not result in jobs being moved to the USA.

Many manufacturers would like to move more manufacturing to the USA but the capabilities to manufacture, many products, are not in the USA
