There is a well-known problem: doctors prescribe those surgeries and therapies that are well paid for by insurance.
Since most doctors are not honest and corrupt, there is no way out.
I think that it is better to abandon insurance medicine at all, and make emergency medicine completely free.

Here is the problem here. You have hit on a real problem but then you have to go all over the top which causes people to ignore you. "Most doctors are not honest and corrupt". Dismissed.
