When will you idiots realize the President has NO real legislative power to do ANYTHING domestically. A US President's only REAL power is in foreign affairs where he actually has some pretty broad latitude of action outside of Congressional approval. But most everything domestically has to be done via legislation and so long as the opposite party holds a fillibuster in the Senate nothing gets done without that party's approval.

Pickens is a crook who used the power of the state to steal land. He got lawmakers to change the laws dictating what a town is defined as, then got his ranch incorporated as a town, population 3 (him and two employees). Then he was able to grab land between his ranch and Dallas, so he could sell the water on his land.

Leadership? Good grief!!

How about a lot of wind and a small country that allows ease of transmission. We have similar areas that get as much wind but most of those areas are too remote to efficiently transmit the power.
