RCV takes us in that direction. And it's happening, at the grassroots level. But the two majors are pushing back. Probably too little too late, but we'll see.

As far as an electorate paying attention - I think you're just pointing to the fatal flaw of democracy. Not saying I know a better way, but democracy will only produce good output with good input. ie educated voters who care more about their country than their immediate circumstances. And that may be an impossible ask.

Their marching orders are clear: RCV is a threat to two-party dominance and must be crushed. I take that as a good sign, a sign we're on the right track. But again, it's probably too late.

I've been fighting RCV for a lot longer than Trump has been around.

Until they fix the voter rolls, flood of mail ballots (unrequested), no Sig checks etc. It doesn't matter what scheme you put in. 21-25 states are 100% fixed to D or communists as they are now.

We dont need anything but legit voting. The country is 65-35 or 70-30 common sense. No one wants to vote to give out $1T to fraud as example.
