I'm a 10 on how I have always felt for my country and its people all of my life. America was the thing to be even with all its faults. The Big Show for all to be measured against.
Then it became an 8 when they put Clinton in office.
Then it became a 6 when they put Obumma in office.
Then it went back up to 8 when Trump was elected.
Then it became a 4 when they put Bedpan Joe in office.
Now it has become a 2 with Harris running.

While I would never wish death to America, I can now SEE the death of America looming straight ahead.

I'm afraid the shine is off of America. Still a great place to live but as far as patriotism is concerned, I think that died sometime in the late 1940's.

Patriotism was at an all-time high after the September 11 attacks on the Twin Towers. But the 20 years of war that followed put a damper on patriotism, and the last nail in its coffin was Biden's shameful exit from Afghanistan.

A low 1... and that's from a 10, 20 years ago.

I really don't want to live with these soulless, depraved, shit-eating rodents anymore. When the mother fucks decided we don't need elections anymore (2020) I'm done.

I don't even recognize this filthy shithole now. I lived in Russia for 4 years and while it was somewhat spartan over there, it's still 50 times better than this.

I'd be fine if Texas got a divorce, but that's not gonna happen. I'm looking.

You could be right. My father was a WWII vet and I feel certain that he already felt pretty screwed over by his country by the mid 1970s.

Yes !! When they can fix elections , lie about the mass invasions at border , arrest political opponents and lie about Covid

This country is a banana republic

I can’t even look at the American flag
I can’t even watch any American war movie
I refuse to even stand for the anthem

I am serous and I used to love America back in 80s and 90s

My patriotic metric would be the freedoms expressed i our constitution , our POA

That's what made America a great country to live in

Move back to Russia.

I am a two time honorably discharged army veteran, I served my nation voluntarily my nation is the only one fer me.

Get out loser!

Great question and interesting responses to say the least.

I am not surprised the MAGA folks are the least patriotic, that is the nature of putting party before country.

As for me, I would put myself around a 5. I spent 20 years serving the country and those were years I am proud of.

Is the US was invaded tomorrow I would give my life if needed to repeal the enemy.

I love the US, but I can also be open and honest about its faults, and there are many.

It is not unlike my Gators, I will always be a Gator fan, but I know when we are not going to be good.

And yes, I am planning to leave the country when I retire, but that is more about new opportunities than it is anything else. I love my children, but I do not want them living with me 24/7. I love my mom but I do not want to see her every day. Thus it is with this country, it is a great country but there is so much to see and do out there in the world

I fly Old Glory every day. I even have a solar powered light to shine on it at night. I served my Country and I respect the Constitution.
