How old are you?

Those were the days. . . I wonder how many remember trying to ride those bikes while wearing bell-bottoms and having their pant legs caught in the chain. LOL!
I got mine in 1967 for my birthday. I was 4 years old. My granny got me the bike and my Aunt and Uncle helped me learn to ride.
I didn't take long. My Uncle put training wheels on it. I rode it up and down the sidewalk a couple of times, then he took the training wheels off. I rode down the block on the sidewalk on my own and only fell once.

LOL, I don't know how old I was, but I first learned to ride a men's 10 speed but. I couldn't reach the pedals from the seat, so I (and one of my uncles) learned to stand up on the pedals while riding, while either under or off to one side of the bar above our backs.

Like little contortionists.

NEVER will understand why mens bikes have a crotch crushing bar on it.

Hopalong Cassidy for many years on radio, television, and film. Hopalong Cassidy was originally created by author Clarence E. Mulford in 1904 in a series of short stories and novels. William Boyd first brought Hoppy to life in a 1934 film adaptation of Mulford’s story. He portrayed Hoppy in many more films

My parents had a three piece corner sofa just like this one. Yes, it had plastic covers for the purpose of preserving the fabric and also to save its quality for the day they might sell it. Your bare legs stuck to it and The plastic turned yellow with age. I don't know what they did with it when the time came to move.

15th post
This dropped a bit before I entered Kindergarten.

I can't remember much of when I was young. . . but I do remember that.

And thus, this skit tickled me to no end.
