Right and now they want money to help, but with no strings attached. I would tell them no way. Any bailout funding to California should have strings. It’s like your kid running up a credit card bill in college that you end up paying off because he can’t. You do so, but you also teach him a lesson by making him pay it back and monitoring his expenses. You don’t just give him the money to fix his mistake and then allow him to do the same thing next month. Democrats are children and must be handled like them.

Why were their budget cuts? Where do you think the money they cut went? They didn’t cut spending, they diverted it to what they considered more pressing concerns.
