Control of and authenticity of a president's signatures should be a very high priority covered by all kinds of laws.

Therefore I expect that in 250 years of regulating my life, there isn't shit on the books written about controlling and verifying how and who signs bills nor any laws governing the penalties.

Sounds to me like the autopen should be retired. I'm actually against EO's anyway, or at least the massive use of EO's. Maybe they should be limited to just X amount of times per year, making the autopen obsolete. Kind of the same thing with presidential pardons. Should be limited to only X amount a year, including the last year of their presidency, or governorship.
